We are now on day 5 of our Blank Christmas Cards Advent Countdown with Kids and today we had only little time for crafting! So my daughter created these fast to prepare Gifts and Bows Christmas Tree cards!
You will find here instructions how to make your own, plus several ideas for other Christmas cards down the page.
Today we used these supplies:
- colored cardstock for a card
- pieces of different textured and copy papers
- scalloped 1″ punch
- glue stick and markers
Prepare in advance paper squares for tree, punch if from textured or scrapbook papers, or let you child punch it out, if you have time waiting for them to do it. Use glue stick to glue scalloped squares in tree shape and glue star on the top.
Give your kids couple markers and let them decorate scalloped squares with ribbons and bows. My daughter added few drawn presents under the tree as well! And that’s it, you’re done!
Here are several other ideas you could try with your kids and turn them into Christmas cards for friends and family:

Mihaela runs Best Toys 4 Toddlers blog and loves to come up with new ideas how to use old toys her 2 daughters keep leaving on the floor to slip over. She loves them despite the fact that they call her mommy few hundred times a day, and it makes her nuts.
