This week in our Tot School A to Z series, S is for spider!
We’ve outlined a week of play and learning activities for you. These plans will cover a variety of skills for toddlers and preschoolers including language, cognitive, creative, math, science and sensory exploration. The play activities are more child-directed and the learning activities would be more appropriate for preschool-age children and require a little more planning and direction.

Amy is a former teacher turned stay-at-home mom and writer. She loves sharing what she knows about family, play and early learning. When she’s not at her computer you can find her spending family time, organizing or decorating her home, reading a good self-help book or pretending she knows how to cook but she usually leaves that to her awesome husband!
